Healthy foods, such as fish, vegetables, wheat, and corn will very useful for our health. Wheat and corn are soluble fiber in the blood. They will also play role as garbage collectors in our blood vessels. They will take fats on blood vessels and fat will be reduced. This prevent us to be attacked by cursed atherosclerosis for 20 years later.
Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, but not all of the fishes have adequate omega-3 fatty acids for our body. According to MayoClinic, salmon, herring, and to a lesser extent tuna, contain the most omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids itself reduced prostate tumor growth, slowed histopathological progression, may lower your cholesterol, decrease triglycerides, lower blood pressure, reduce blood clotting, and increased survival.
So, what are we waiting for? We should eat healthy foods before it is too late, save our body and take care of our children.
