Hypertension increases the risk of heart disease and stroke, these should be lowered. In order to prevent hypertension we can do some sports and eating healthy foods. These method also apply to those who already have high blood pressure usually called hypertension.

Sometimes and some people don’t know how to start lowering their blood pressure. Many of them think that lowering blood pressure could be take so much time and really exhausting, thus they’re also lazy to do that.
We have to open our mind that lowering blood pressure can be mixed with fun activities, for example, do it as a habit or hobby. If your hobby is gardening it will be very helpful to take your blood pressure down. You can do it with fun every time you are in gardening, but also it will need time to take effect. You are suggested to do, at least 30 minutes activity with your hobby. With note, word “hobby” doesn’t mean static hobby or in place hobby such as gaming, sewing, or reading, but it much more to activities like golf, gardening, cleaning the house, and bicycling with your children. The main purpose of these activities is to keep your body moving. The moving body good for heart because god doesn’t intend to create heart just for staying, but philosophically to keep our lives. If we are wasting our heart, god already planted the alarm in our body in form of high blood pressure.
Just keep moving and energetic with your hobby and do it with fun to keep healthy body also helps you to get better mood.
